Once you have resolved your criminal matter, you may be eligible for expungement of your arrest, your
conviction, or both. Expungements aren’t perfect, but they can open a lot of doors that your convictions
may have closed to you. If you want to talk about expungement, give me a call and we can explore
your eligibility and how to get the expungement process started.
Expungements aren’t the solution to everything. In particular, a Kansas expungement likely will not
restore gun rights lost as a result of a conviction. But if an expungement can’t get it done, there may be
other mechanisms that will: administrative appeals, pardons, or even close examinations to see if your
situation actually severed your firearm rights. Whatever your situation, give me a call or text. I would
love to sit down with you and explore options other attorneys might simply dismiss as impossible.
After all, as Dr. Robert Goddard once said, “everything is impossible until it is done.”
